Our client operate a Corporate Apartment business providing short and long term accommodation to a predominantly direct corporate clients.

The position based at their Southbank headquarters is responsible for a small team and report regularly and closely with the company directors.

The successful candidate would oversee all bookings, influence and determine revenue and yield management, understand and control the various channel management dynamics (including OTA's), manage the housekeepers and maintenance staff, and liaise directly with the guests and their travel bookers.

Sales and Marketing and relationship management are also important aspects of the position therefore a broad range of experience and knowledge will be required by the successful candidate.
