The position of Finance and Administration Assistant has been created to assist the Finance Manager with important functions such as:
- Credit card reconciliation
- Assistance with bank reconciliations
- Other reconciliations in Tramada such as BSP; Expedia
- Assisting consultants to balance and correct Tramada files
- Receipting of funds in Tramada
- Some A/P and perhaps some A/R
- Some relief reception
They are able to offer flexible hours and days to suit and can fit around family commitments.
Your background might include finance or bookkeeping functions as part of a travel office or perhaps you are a travel consultant with a flair for number and would like to develop skills in these areas. Travel systems experience is a must however.
