A brilliant Travel Administration role for a person who thrives in a busy environment!

Our highly successful retail travel agency has developed a great team in the South Eastern suburbs. They are looking for a brilliant administrator/receptionist to support the activities of their busy leisure team.  You will enjoy looking after the administration duties and assisting with a variety of other travel industry requirements. 

You will need to have a mature personality; somebody who enjoys dealing with customers directly and also over the phone. The position will involve supporting the activities of the leisure team primarily handling visa requests, banking, all travel documentation and organisation of team and supplier meetings.  

The successful person would need:

  • Reception or administration experience
  • Travel industry experience or well-travelled
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
  • Well presented with a strong work ethic
  • Some exposure to accounting or bookwork would be highly regarded

This is an exciting role for the right candidate to be involved with a high end travel agency.

Full time position, 9.00am – 5.00pm, no weekends.
