The role of Online Support Consultant plays an important role in maintaining the relationship with the corporate clients.
Fundamentally the role is there to support the clients with the use of Online Booking tools Serko and Concur but also to make domestic and New Zealand air/hotel/car bookings and managing the queues in the GDS.
This is not an entry level position as it definitely requires a good base of industry knowledge and some retail or wholesale travel experience however if you are interested in a career path with a market leader in business travel then this is the best next step in your travel career.
